Daniel Hill

With more than 30 years of experience in the mechanical plumbing industry, Daniel Hill leads HM Plumbing with enthusiasm, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to quality. He founded the company in 2007 with a vision to treat every client — from homeowners to large commercial facilities — with professionalism and care.

Daniel is known for his passion for education and training. He frequently hosts plumbing classes for property managers, mentors apprentices entering the trades, and speaks at schools to inspire the next generation of plumbers. His work extends internationally as well — Daniel has traveled to Africa to train plumbers in regions where access to clean water is limited, reflecting his deep belief that plumbing can transform lives.

Under his leadership, HM Plumbing has become a trusted name in Metro Atlanta, known not only for technical expertise but for its heart for service, education, and community impact.

Karen Hill

Karen Hill brings over 25 years of business and marketing experience—along with her Master Class II Unrestricted Plumbing License—to the leadership of HM Plumbing. As one of only a handful of female Master Licensed plumbers in the nation, and among the very few in Georgia, Karen represents a level of expertise and dedication that sets HM Plumbing apart. Her unique combination of strategic marketing acumen and field-level understanding of complex plumbing systems drives the company’s continued growth, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality.

Before joining HM Plumbing, Karen served as Vice President of Marketing in real estate development, developing and executing strategic marketing plans for residential and mixed-use developments. Her background spans real estate, telecom, nonprofit, and both B2B and B2C industries, including ownership of her own incentive marketing company.

Karen is also a highly active community and industry leader. She currently serves as President of both the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors of Georgia (PHCC-GA) and the PHCC-GA Academy, and is active with the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce. A proud Leadership Cobb graduate and Spirit Award recipient, Karen champions workforce development through initiatives such as Ride and Decide, a summer pre-apprentice program that connects youth with real-world trade experience.

She has also served on numerous boards including WorkSource Cobb County, LiveSafe Resources, The Chattahoochee Tech Foundation, and Quality Service Contractors (PHCC National).
